What does US$101 a month include?+
The monthly base membership includes unlimited 5G in the US, Canada and Mexico, eSIM activation, Reach Concierge and access to Daily Reach and member rewards. Network use is subject to coverage, device compatibility and the Fair Use Policy. Any applicable taxes or fees are disclosed before activation.
Can I keep my current phone number?+
Yes, subject to transfer eligibility. Reach Concierge will guide you through bringing your number. You will need your current carrier’s account number and transfer PIN. Keep your current service active until your transfer is confirmed.
Does applying guarantee a founding place?+
No. The founding edition is limited to 10,000 members. Applications are reviewed, and access depends on eligibility and availability. You will receive the next steps if invited. There is no payment at the application stage.
How do Miles and Reach Power work?+
Daily Reach offers five questions and up to 100 Miles per day. The daily cap is enforced by the platform. Eligible travel rewards can be redeemed fully with Miles. Reach Power can increase purchasing power up to 3× on eligible GoReach Store items; it does not multiply the daily Miles cap or apply to travel.
What’s the difference between Miles, Reach XP and Patches?+
Miles are internal reward units for eligible redemptions; they are not cash or airline miles. Reach XP advances your level and records participation. Patches recognise achievements and can unlock eligible shelves, missions and access. Your passport brings all three together without mixing their purposes.
What happens if I miss a day?+
A missed eligible day resets Reach Power to 1× unless you complete an eligible Reach Rescue within 24 hours. The designed rescue allowance is one free mission per rolling 30 days. It protects your streak without granting missed base Miles. Full eligibility follows the current program rules.
Can I explore before activating a membership?+
Yes. The Lobby lets you preview the experience without paying US$101. You can explore the store, travel and Leaderboard, interact with the AI assistant and participate in eligible community activities. Paid member redemption remains locked until activation and applicable eligibility requirements are met.
